Primary Fresh Air Fans: Modular, design, fabrication of two fresh air fan assemblies.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The fresh air fans assembles complete with ductwork, envases, isolation louver dampers, motor, fan house, lifting devices will required. Mine air is to be heated seasonally by modular waste heat recovery system upstream of the fans. All fans will be heavy duty axial flow mine ventilation fans. The fan assemblies will be installed on surface at the Reid Brook and Eastern Deep Orebodies.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The fan heater house will be a modular design which will incorporate a waste heat recovery system. Two modular outlet plenums are to be constructed for disassembly into structural panels for shipment and field re-erection.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; line-height: 11.25pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;"><span lang="EN" style="'color:" black; font-family: "Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN;'>2. Waste Heat Recovery System: Modular , design, fabrication and delivery of glycol heat recovery mine air heaters of two complete systems, one for the Reid Brook and one for Eastern Deeps Orebodies.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The heat recovery system design is to include custom glycol heater modules, integral structural support frame, service platforms, modular air plenums and heat exchanger pump rooms.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Heat Exchangers are self supporting modules which are to be supplied pre-wired, pre-pipe and dry tested. Module are to be designed so that one can be mounted directly above the other.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Waste Heat recovery modules to designed with integral structural steel to support second and third tiers of heaters above.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Heat Exchanger / Pump Room to be skid mounted modular design. Designer to evaluate the current design of additional boilers for supplemental heat requirements, a water transfer piping distribution system to be used to transport hot water from power house to each on the mines fresh air raises.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; line-height: 11.25pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;"><span lang="EN" style="'color:" black; font-family: "Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN;'>3. Primary Return Air Fans: Modular, design, fabrication of two exhaust air fan assemblies.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The exhaust air fans assembles complete with ductwork, isolation louver dampers, motor, fan house, evases, elbows. Duct work to be desgined for discharge water capture and<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>exterior discharege sump design to collect any remaining mine water / particulate .<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>All fans will be heavy duty axial flow mine ventilation fans.
