The data is collected and submitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment (NLDMAE) monthly. </span></p><p style="'text-align:" justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt;'><span lang="EN-CA" style="'font-family:" "Arial",sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-CA;'> </span></p><p style="'text-align:" justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt;'><span lang="EN-CA" style="'font-family:" "Arial",sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-CA;'>Section 21 of the Air Pollution Control Regulations dictates that all measurements, recordings and analysis conducted must be performed by devices and methods acceptable to the NLDMAE.
